Hipo Incentive Programs
Hipo’s incentive programs are structured to encourage active participation and long-term commitment from the community.
These initiatives are designed to attract users who contribute to the protocol’s development, fostering a self-sustaining ecosystem. By aligning incentives with engagement, Hipo aims to build a community that supports the protocol’s growth while ensuring the stability and long-term success of the platform.
1. Direct Staking Airdrop Plan
Section titled “1. Direct Staking Airdrop Plan”The staking airdrop plan is structured to distribute rewards as Hipo’s Total Value Locked (TVL) reaches key milestones. At each milestone, 1% of the total HPO supply is allocated to stakers and referrers:
- 500K GRAM TVL — completed
- 1M GRAM TVL — completed
- The programme was discontinued after the 1M GRAM milestone and replaced by Hipo Club; the later milestones were never run.

- hGRAM/GRAM
- HPO/hGRAM
- HPO/GRAM

- Educating users about DeFi through accurate and engaging content.
- Strengthening community engagement through various initiatives.
7. Hipo Club
Section titled “7. Hipo Club”Hipo Club is a tiered community program that rewards long-term commitment. Members hold hGRAM and earn HPO after every validation round; their level — one of 10 — sets the reward rate. Levels rise through a paid instant upgrade or by claiming rewards at least once during the season, and reset to Level 1 if rewarded HPO is sold. Accrued rewards can be withdrawn once the balance passes 1,000 HPO.

Incentive Structure and Ecosystem Impact
Section titled “Incentive Structure and Ecosystem Impact”Hipo’s incentive mechanisms are structured to promote sustainable growth rather than short-term speculation. The reward distribution model prioritizes:
- Long-Term Participation – Programs are designed to engage users who contribute to the ecosystem’s stability.
- Decentralized Growth – Incentives are allocated to a broad range of participants, reinforcing community-driven expansion.
- Economic Sustainability – Reward structures are optimized to balance incentives with the protocol’s overall health, preventing excessive inflation.
